MORE THAN A JOURNEY

It began with distance — miles of land,
different languages, unfamiliar places.
At first, we were only names on a page,
faces on a screen. There was curiosity,
a little shyness, and many questions.
What would they be like?
Would we understand each other?

And then, one day, distance disappeared.
What started as an exchange
became something much more.
In every conversation,
in every shared experience,
something grew — not just knowledge,
but connection.
Not just learning, but friendship.

From Spain to Slovenia, and back again,
we carried more than memories.
